Shipping Frequency

We ship products Thursday and Friday of each week. For example, if you order a product on Sunday, the earliest day it will be shipped is Thursday of the following week.

Returns and Refunds

We pride ourselves on our customer service. If the product is not what you wanted or expected you can call us up within 14 days of receiving the product and arrange for a return and full refund of the product price (and any tax) without any hassle so long as the product is still new and unused. Call Dan at 801.867.0313 to arrange. We will issue a full refund upon inspection of the product once it is returned. No hassle and complete product support. That’s Bluehouse.

Size Swaps

If you are satisfied with your Bluehouse product but just need a different size, we’ll be happy to split the shipping cost with you to get you into a product that fits. (You pay return shipping to us, and we ship the new product back to you).

International Orders

We will not falsify invoices or shipping labels under any circumstances. Bluehouse Skis will no longer be shipping directly to international customers. If you are an internaitonal intersted in purchasing some skis, please contact jared@bluehouseskis.com.

Binding Policies

1. Look and Dynastar bindings should only be installed by a dealer or shop technician authorized to install bindings.  Improper installation can and may likely result in serious injury or death.  If you fail to adhere to this instruction, you waive any and all liability against Bluehouse Ski Co., LLC and Look/Dynastar and you expressly assume the risks associated with using an improperly installed binding.

2. We cannot ship Look/Dynastar product outside of the United States.  If you are an international interested in such products, please see your local retailer.

Personal Information
Bluehouse does not provide any information to any third party under any circumstance. No critical information, such as a credit card number, is ever stored in any form. Contact information may be provided to shipping companies to assist in getting your delivery to you in a timely manner, other than that we will not provide any of your information to any party for any reason, whatsoever.
