Handles

Screw five finger grabs, with handles you won't have to settle for anything less than seventy fingers on your skis ever again.

Please help us out by voting for our skis, we're two struggling students who are very broke and riding very haggard skis. So if you want to help us out please vote, and if you're really nice tell your friends to vote! As for the black bases, we could have gone with some matching design on the bottom, but nothing looks as good as freshly waxed black bases. "It's like, how much more black could this be? And the answer is none. None more black."

I'm a big fan of 80's pop icons and colors so I designed the Gnarlies to be just that. I gave it an updated 2010 look that will be a sick addition to next years BlueHouse line. -Garrett

Who wouldn't want to play the piano mid-grab?  This design is a derivative of a mock-up I did for a random ski design last year, modified drastically for this competition.  I hope you all enjoy it, and critiques are more than welcomed.

This year I skied to mostly techo and hip hop remix beats so these are owed to my music.

I went with a mountain theme. I wanted to keep the design simple and clean, and use bright colors that would really pop. Please let me know what you think, any feedback is greatly appreciated!

The topsheet consists entirely of original artwork of photographs I have taken in the backcountry of Montana. I designed the the topsheet so all the images flow together and can be viewed as one continuous picture from bottom to top or top to bottom.

If you're the type of person who has to mettle with everything; you have to add your own flair; you can't leave things as they be, this design is for you. The idea is that Bluehouse leave an open canvas with a few design elements to play with. The skier does the rest using markers, spray paint, stickers, etc. Bluehouse could even include a design kit with stickers and stencils.

I call it The Mettler.

Bluehouse Spine

Bluehouse Spine.jpg

Attempting to somehow articulate in a visual representation of how music and rhythm is embedded deep within us, I created an image of a small section of piano keys fused within a human spine. I tried to keep the design as clean and simple as possible to avoid being too busy. I also used a soft blue to help the spine pop. Let me know what you think!
